1^st Course: Spiced Butternut Squash Soup w/ seasoned breadcrumbs and Masala Greek yogurt

Paired with: Beverly - Pinot Grigo/Viognier blend

2^nd Course: 10oz Berkshire Pork Chop w/ Bourbon Glazed Sweet Potatoes and Creamed Spinach

Paired with: Quartet - Carmenere, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot blend

3^rd Course: Caramelized Apple Turnover w/ Brown Butter Bourbon Ice Cream and candied walnuts

Paired with: Vanilla Bourbon Port

Each ticket costs $55 plus $10 for gratuity(20%) so $65 total. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable. Please arrive promptly at 6pm.
